    Do you offer compensation for product lost during shipping?

    Yes. We offer compensation upto £50/parcel

    Can you handle fragile product? Does it cost extra?

    Yes, we do.  If you have pre-exsiting requirements, just let us know and we’ll accomodate those as well. We do charge an additional fee from £0.5/item for bubble pouches or other fragile packaging per request.

    Can I provide my own custom packaging?

    Absolutely! We offer free packing service. We know how important building your brand is and custom packaging is an amazing opportunity that can greatly enhance your customer’s perception of your product and brand.

    What is the maximum product weight that you can ship?

    We can ship up to 30kg-parcel worldwide.

    Do you handle shipment from Vietnam to your warehouse?

    We will connect you with our partner to take care of the shipment from Vietnam to our warehouse.
